The CAAS Overseas Undergraduate Scholarship

Tenure of Award

Tenable for studies at approved universities overseas for the minimum period required for a good Honours degree.

Eligibility

Excellent GCE 'O' and 'A' Level results and to offer at least 11 academic units. Exceptional students who offer only 10 academic units could be considered on a case-by-case basis. An attempt in H3 subject(s) is not a requirement. However, students who read H3 subject(s) would be recognized for their achievements in the subject(s), just as they are recognized for their achievements in the other subjects.
Outstanding participation in CCAs, especially in leadership positions

Value of Award

All approved tuition and compulsory fees
Return airfares
Allowances for settling-in, warm clothing, maintenance, book and internship with CAAS
Computer loan
Opportunities for sponsorship of overseas exchange and summer studies programme

Condition of Award

Bond of 5.5 (for applicants who have completed NS) or 6 years

Tenure of Award Tenable for studies at NUS, NTU and SMU to pursue a degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering for the minimum period required for a good Honours Degree.
